In a near future, Armando is a man like everyone else. He has a dead-end job at the motor vehicle registry, a boss who happens to be an AI, and a deep, compulsive relationship with consumption as his only source of joy. Tonight, he's unboxing Alma, his new virtual assistant. Gloria, his wife, performs her usual role: laughing on cue, flirting on demand, surviving another day. But the arrival of Alma disrupts the household's violent choreography. When Armando's rage turns toward the machine, something unexpected happens.
